New patients:

  • We are not accepting new patients at this time, with the exception of newborns who must pre-register with us prior to birth. We may resume acceptance of new patients in summer 2024. Thank you for your interest. --Dr. Mack, updated 1/18/24.

  • We are closed to all new Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care patients as of 6/7/21. Having our office name on your child's insurance card does not make your child our patient if your child has never been seen or registered here. If your newborn is a sibling of a patient of Dr. Mack's, then we will accept the new baby happily.

  • We do not have any open-house sessions, meet-the-doctor visits, or tours.

  • We require all patients to receive all required vaccinations at the ages recommended by the State of NC and CDC. Please review the vaccination policy below

Your children's vaccinations should be in compliance with NC State Law for their age (0-4 years, kindergarten age, and middle school). Please seek a different medical practice for your medical home if you do not plan to vaccinate per the above-referenced schedules.
